During this time, she also worked as a goalie coach with ProCrease from 2020–2023, collaborating with Jared Waimon and Mackenzie Bruch to help develop goaltenders and expand her knowledge of position-specific training and player development.
In 2022–2023, Annie served as Head Coach of the girls hockey program at Holderness School, a New England Prep program, where she focused on creating a competitive, supportive environment centered on growth, accountability, and teamwork. She previously coached the Red Hawks U13A1 team from 2024–2026 and now leads the 16U Tier II program.
Annie’s coaching philosophy is built around developing complete athletes and people. She believes in creating an environment where players are challenged to improve, supported through setbacks, and encouraged to build confidence both on and off the ice. Her goal is to help every player reach their potential while fostering a lifelong love and respect for the game of hockey.
